WARRANTY

Every JoyExercise MEET paddle comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty.
You play hard - we’ve got your back.

What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects*
- Structural damage not caused by use
- Production issues that prevent normal play

What’s not covered?
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. print fading, grip wear)
- Mechanical damage (e.g. hitting the court, net, or another paddle)
- Modifications or alterations (e.g. changing balance, replacing grip, cutting the handle)
- Damage from improper storage or use
- Products used commercially (e.g. rentals)
- Products not purchased from joyexercise.com
- No valid proof of purchase
- Products received as a gift, reward, or contest prize
- Damage during shipping or caused by third-party services (including freight forwarders)
- Items shipped to freight forwarding companies
- Damage caused by nature or accidents
- Items not owned by the original purchaser
- Abuse or misuse of the warranty process

How to file a warranty claim?
1. Email us at hello@joyexercise.com – include your order number and a short description of the issue
2. Attach photos or a video clearly showing the defect
3. Our team will respond within 5 business days with next steps

If the claim is approved:
- We’ll send you a replacement paddle (if available)
- Or issue a refund
- Or offer store credit – depending on the situation

The resolution depends on the type of issue and follows our warranty policy. In some cases, we may ask you to return the paddle for verification.
