We ship directly from our California warehouse – fast, reliable, and trackable across the United States.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the U.S.
At checkout, you can choose faster delivery options for an additional fee.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
At checkout, you can select one of the available shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – free of charge*
– Priority Shipping (2 business days)
– Express Shipping (1 business day)
Delivery time depends on the selected method and shipping destination.
For remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we offer standard shipping only, which may take 6–9 business days.
CARRIERS
Your order will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS – depending on which provider offers the fastest delivery for your location.
The carrier is selected automatically based on your address, selected shipping method, and current service availability.
TRACKING
Each order receives a tracking number.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
BEFORE WE SHIP
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will refund the product cost.
Original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If you need international shipping – contact us, and we’ll see what’s possible.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
