How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free across the entire United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Priority and Express shipping are available only for the continental U.S.; rates appear at checkout. See Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in California, USA.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll find estimated delivery times in our Shipping Policy.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to check where your package is and when it will arrive.

My tracking number is not working.

Tracking usually becomes active within a few business days after you receive the shipping confirmation. If there are no updates, email us — we’ll check and assist if needed.

I got a delivery confirmation but no parcel.

Sometimes parcels are left with neighbors or household members. Check with them and around your usual delivery area. If you still can't locate it, contact us, and we’ll help you resolve it.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet.

Most orders arrive quickly, but sometimes delivery can take a little longer — especially during busy periods. If it’s been more than 14 business days since you placed your order, email us and we’ll verify the status.

I made a mistake in my shipping address.

Email us as soon as possible. Include your email, full name, and the correct address — we’ll update the shipping details for you. Once the parcel is shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer international shipping. If your order requires special arrangements, feel free to contact us.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

If you’re ordering outside the USA, your parcel may be subject to local import duties and taxes. The exact amounts depend on your country. For details, it’s best to check with your customs office. All customs fees are covered by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the parcel is already shipped, wait for its arrival and return it to us for a refund.

Can I return my item?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return your item. For full instructions, check our Return Policy here.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipping, email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number. We’ll review the case and provide a solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as secure and convenient methods like PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed.

When will my preorder ship?

The first batch sold out faster than we expected. We’re currently preparing the next production run. This is a waitlist-only preorder - you won’t be charged now. You’ll be the first to know when it’s available to order and ship.
